Episode 84: How Badger CrossFit is Fighting COVID-19

Badger CrossFit

In 12 hours, Badger CrossFit shut its physical doors and transitioned to an online business.

Tyler Sullivan, the owner of the Box located in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, sat down with Heather Hartmann of Box Pro to chat on this episode of Box Talk. He shares what it took to take his business to the virtual realm and what he’s learned since.

From virtual class dos — icebreaker questions and tempo training — to keeping staff paid, Sullivan has learned a lot in two weeks. For him, surviving the coronavirus all comes down to your coaching service, as well as possibly taking out a loan. Finally, he gives advice for the remainder of COVID-19 and beyond in hopes your gym will grow through this.

So download this episode, put in your headphones and take a journey down one Box’s road to surviving the coronavirus.
