On October 19, CrossFit Harpoon and ThoughtWOD are hosting their third fitness professional weekend retreat.

Toted as a women’s only retreat for female Affiliate owners, Maddie Senkosky, the owner of CrossFit Harpoon, shared it’s been a pet project of hers that has grown.

In fact, Senkosky herself has grown in this industry. She sat down with Box Pro’s Heather Hartmann to talk shop and about how CrossFit Harpoon has evolved over the years, especially in terms of ownership.
