How to Create a Challenging WOD with Condor


The Condor Sentry Plate Carrier Vest is a great way to turn a simple metabolic conditioning workout into an evil “WOD.” The quick-cinch feature lets athletes secure the vest for a snug fit during any exercise, and loosens for a quick breather in between workouts without removing the vest.
